Prices include any applicable VAT/sales tax. There are no packaging, delivery, handling or payment-method surcharges — the price shown is the final price, regardless of which card or wallet you use.
All prices are shown and charged in euro (EUR). EUR is the settlement currency for every transaction — no other currency can be selected at checkout. If your card is issued in another currency, your card issuer may apply its own conversion rate and fees.
Aurum Studio is a purely digital service. Credits are delivered to your account immediately (within a few minutes) after a successful payment — there is no physical shipment and no partial or multiple deliveries. If delivery is ever delayed beyond this timeframe, we contact you with a new expected delivery time and you may cancel the purchase for a full refund.
14-day right of withdrawal: you may cancel within 14 days of purchase and receive a refund for all credits you have not yet used. Subscriptions can be canceled online at any time from Credits & Plan; access continues until the end of the paid period.
Full delivery, refund & cancellation policyAll traffic to and from this website is encrypted with TLS/SSL (HTTPS). Card details are entered on and processed by our PCI-DSS compliant payment provider; we never see or store your full card number, expiry date or security code.
