1. The Service

Aurum Studio provides AI-powered image generation. Features, credit allowances, and plans are described on our pricing page and may be updated from time to time.

2. Accounts

You must provide accurate information when registering and are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure. You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.

3. Credits, plans & billing

The Service operates on a credit system. Subscriptions renew automatically each month until canceled. You may cancel at any time; access continues until the end of the current billing period and the plan will not renew thereafter. Purchased top-up credits are valid for one year from the date of purchase. Except where required by law, payments are non-refundable.

3a. Prices, taxes and currency

Prices include any applicable VAT/sales tax. There are no packaging, delivery, handling or payment-method surcharges — the price shown is the final price, regardless of which card or wallet you use.

All prices are shown and charged in euro (EUR). EUR is the settlement currency for every transaction — no other currency can be selected at checkout. If your card is issued in another currency, your card issuer may apply its own conversion rate and fees.

We never apply a surcharge for paying by card or wallet, and there is no minimum or maximum transaction amount. All accepted payment methods are treated equally:

3b. Timing of billing and fulfilment

One-time credit purchases are charged once when you confirm the purchase and are fulfilled immediately. Subscriptions are charged on activation and then on the same day each month until canceled; the monthly credits are added at the time of each charge. A printable receipt is displayed after each transaction and the same receipt is emailed to you. Please retain a copy of your receipt. Charges appear on your card statement as Voucher Marketplace Ltd.

3c. Delivery

Aurum Studio is a purely digital service. Credits are delivered to your account immediately (within a few minutes) after a successful payment — there is no physical shipment and no partial or multiple deliveries. If delivery is ever delayed beyond this timeframe, we contact you with a new expected delivery time and you may cancel the purchase for a full refund.

3d. Returns, refunds and cancellations

You may withdraw from a purchase within 14 days and receive a refund for all credits you have not yet used; credits already spent on generated images are not refundable because the service has been provided. Subscriptions can be canceled online at any time in Credits & Plan, which stops all future charges while access continues to the end of the paid period. Full details, including how to request a refund, are in our Delivery, Refunds & Cancellations policy. You never waive your right to dispute a transaction with your card issuer.

3e. Payment security

All traffic to and from this website is encrypted with TLS/SSL (HTTPS). Card details are entered on and processed by our PCI-DSS compliant payment provider; we never see or store your full card number, expiry date or security code.

4. Acceptable use

You agree not to use the Service to generate content that is unlawful, infringing, defamatory, hateful, sexually exploitative, or that violates the rights of others. We may suspend or terminate accounts that breach these Terms.

5. Generated content & ownership

Subject to your compliance with these Terms and applicable law, you own the images you generate. You are responsible for ensuring your prompts and use of generated content comply with applicable laws and third-party rights.

6. Availability & changes

We strive to keep the Service available but do not guarantee uninterrupted operation. We may modify, suspend, or discontinue features at any time.

7. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.

8. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, without regard to conflict-of-law principles, and subject to the mandatory consumer-protection provisions of your country of residence.
